LLBG has signed the 'Sustainable Wheat Initiative Europe Manifesto', together with colleagues from our Milling division Paniflower and more than 3️⃣0️⃣ other industrial bakery companies, millers, cooperatives, suppliers and value chain actors. The official moment took place at a Symposium with 200 participants In Utrecht, The Netherlands ✍🏻 Our shared ambition? 🌾 Accelerate the shift to low-carbon, sustainable agriculture with a first clear goal to reduce wheat and flour emissions by 30% by 2030. 🎤 Guido Vanherpe, board member and vice-president of AIBI and CEO of La Lorraine Bakery Group: “Achieving low carbon wheat and wheat flour requires collaboration across the entire wheat value chain.
