Baltisse Real Estate and Straco Real Estate Announce Sale of Luxembourg Office Development 'Vertbois' to Private Investor Luxembourg, 26 June 2025 – Baltisse Real Estate and Straco Real Estate are pleased to announce the successful sale of the shares in Vertbois Sàrl., owner of their joint office development project, located in Kirchberg District in Luxembourg. This building contains 4.500m² of office space was fully leased to Julius Bär in 2023 and delivered to the latter in September 2024. Vertbois stands as a testament to the partners’ commitment to quality, sustainability, and long-term value creation. Designed and developed to the highest #ESG standards, the building will be certified with a #BREEAM Excellent certificate, underlining its outstanding environmental performance, future-proof construction quality, and tenant-focused design. The successful disposal of the shares in Vertbois Sàrl. reflects the ongoing resilience and attractiveness of top-tier real estate assets in Luxembourg, even in a shifting macroeconomic context. It demonstrates that exceptional development quality, strong tenant covenants, and sustainable design remain highly sought after by long-term investors.
