💧 1 in 3 L&D pros now call themselves “experience architects.” What does that even mean? They’re the ones designing end-to-end learning experiences that change behavior and drive results. 🚨 The catch? (Because, there’s always a catch.) → 61% are stuck with clunky platforms → 31% are still chasing automation 📣 The tools aren’t keeping up. But these leaders aren’t backing down. They’re thinking like project managers, designing like UX pros, and measuring like analysts. They’re asking: “Did this change how people work?” Not: “Did they finish the course?” ✅ UX isn’t a bonus. It’s the battleground. The future belongs to those who treat learning like strategy, not content delivery. Experience architects are already building what’s next. Are you? #TheDoceboDRIP

Here’s the thing about corporate values: They don’t matter, unless they’re visible (and we don’t mean on a wall). In this Leaders in Learning episode, Lauren Tropeano, Chief People Officer at Docebo, explores what it means to build culture through action—not slogans. She shares how the CPO role is evolving, the REAL impact of AI on HR, and how to help employees unlock their full potential in a changing world of work. To all the People leaders: How is your role evolving this year? Let us know in the comments. #LeadersInLearning #NavigatingTransformation

Let’s not sugarcoat it. Leading people today means leading through constant change. But, what if we made change FUN? In the next Leaders in Learning episode, Docebo’s Chief People Officer, Lauren Tropeano unpacks the real work behind culture, performance, and transformation, including: 🤝 Why today’s CPO is really a Chief Change Officer 🧠 How curiosity is the spark that ignites learning 💪 The importance of resilience 🧍 And how AI can actually make work more human This episode might change how you think about your own role. Coming July 30th. #LeadersInLearning #NavigatingTransformation

Last week, Docebo hosted another Learning Exchange Event, and it’s still top of mind—in the best way. Mark, Thank you for taking the lead on behalf of Unity Health and the wonderful folks at CAMH. Really enjoyed meeting you and getting to know you! I hope we can work more closely moving forward. After sharing photos, follow-ups, and a full internal recap, I wanted to take a moment to say thank you to everyone involved. This event brought together learning leaders from across industries—healthcare, insurance, the sciences, and more—for a day of honest conversation, shared wins, and bold ideas. We heard powerful spotlights from Unity Health, CAMH, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Definity Financial Corporation. We dug into strategy, shared tactical pain points, and explored where AI, data, and governance meet learner experience. And most importantly: It was a chance to listen. What made the day special wasn’t just the sessions—it was the generosity, vulnerability, and thought leadership that every single attendee brought into the room. We’ve opened a private space in the Docebo Community so the conversation can continue—resource sharing, Q&A, photos, and more. To everyone who joined us in Toronto: Thank you for helping build something bigger than an event. You’re shaping the future of learning—and we’re lucky to learn from you. 💡 And I’m excited to keep it going! We’ll be hosting the next Learning Exchange at Jack Henry HQ in Allen, TX (just outside Dallas) on August 26 & 27. If you’re local—or can get there—I’d love to see you. 📍 Link to register is in the comments.

💧 41% of L&D teams are maxed out. And THIS is making it worse ⤵ Feeling stretched? (Thinner than your training budget? Yeah, we went there.) You’re not alone. 🚨 But wait, there’s more. → 38% of teams are drowning in admin sludge → 29% are stuck wrestling with tech 📣 If your LMS feels more like a second job than a strategic partner… It’s not you. It’s your tech stack. ✅ Find a platform that will launch you forward, not hold you back. Reclaim your time. (And maybe your sanity, too.)

Before talking all things people, culture, and navigating transformation on Leaders in Learning, I wanted to share a sneak peek behind the scenes as I got ready for my episode with the Docebo team... They asked me some fun, rapid-fire questions, like: 🍕 Best meal ever? Pizza in Naples 🇮🇹. No contest! 💬 Life mantra? Well, as someone who has always cared deeply about the experiences and feelings of other people its true that I often need to remind myself that...“Other people’s opinions of me are none of my business.” Get to know me a little better, some things and people I appreciate, and a hot take on how I really feel about meetings! #LeadersInLearning #LeadersInLearningBTS
