As Canada’s longest-standing non-profit credit counselling agency, Credit Canada had a clear mission—but needed support to articulate a unique selling proposition that could cut through confusion and connect with Canadians in a meaningful way. Together, we used our Wellbeing Framework™ to uncover the role Credit Canada plays in people’s lives—co-creating a clear, authentic USP that now anchors both their brand identity and their marketing.     Meet Lisa Melchior, the first woman in #Canada to found a private equity firm. That sentence alone is a milestone. But what makes Lisa a true Changemaker is how she’s redefining what leadership and power can look like in one of the most male-dominated sectors of our economy. She’s the founder and managing partner of Vertu Capital, a private equity firm investing in Canadian enterprise software companies. In a space often driven by fast wins, extractive deals, and bravado—Lisa leads with something else: respect, partnership, and long-term vision. At Humanity, we had the privilege of working with Lisa and her team to articulate a brand that reflects their values and their impact—that ‘Vertu Difference’. From day one, it was clear: Vertu isn’t just another PE firm. It’s a woman-led business intentionally rewriting how investment gets done in Canada. Lisa didn’t just break into the boys' club. But for Dairy Farmers of Manitoba, a brand that had been silent for over 20 years, how do you shift perception and push back against the noise and misinformation? We launched All from a good place—a bold campaign rooted in a farmers-first approach. Filmed entirely on Manitoba dairy farms, it captured real families sharing what dairy farming truly means to them. The result was a campaign filled with honesty, heart, and generational connection. 🎬 “Dad time” was the launch spot that started it all—showing that family is at the heart of Manitoba dairy farms. How has it made a difference?
 ✔ Over 25% increase in positive sentiment toward the brand
 ✔ 79% say the campaign positively impacted their perception of dairy farmers
 ✔ 94% say it made them want to increase dairy purchases The campaign has since won nine Signature Awards and was named a finalist for a 2024 Effie.
