My first project at Riot Games is officially live! 🎉 The launch of the Riot Games Competitive Operations website marks a huge milestone, made possible by incredible cross-team collaboration. Huge thanks to Audrey Cech for her leadership, and to the Esports Competitive Operations and Compliance teams for their essential insights and feedback. They shaped the site into a valuable resource for players, teams, tournament organizers, and fans around the world. Deep appreciation also to the team at Thinkingbox, who brought our vision to life with care and creativity. I’m excited to contribute to the platform's continued growth as it informs, supports, and serves the global esports community.
Today we’ve launched the new Riot Games Competitive Operations website, a central hub for how we safeguard competitive play in League of Legends, VALORANT, and Teamfight Tactics esports. Built for pro players, teams, organizers, and fans, it’ll include: 📜 Official rulings & procedural updates 📂 Core regulations, forms, and penalty trackers 🛡️ Integrity policies like anti-match-fixing and dispute resolution 🌐 Overviews of competitive ecosystem structures for our games 🔗 https://lnkd.in/gauQNsDF

We had the honour of hosting James Roque's event, Stand-Up for Lapu Lapu, in our Toronto office. On April 26th tragedy struck the Filipino community in Vancouver when a car crashed into the crowd at the second annual Lapu Lapu Festival. Like many across the country, James wanted to help support those affected. So he teamed up with a lineup of fellow comedians in Toronto to raise money for the victims and their loved ones while doing what they do best—making people laugh. Our thoughts continue to be with the victims, their loved ones, and those who witnessed the event. Visit https://filipinobc.com/ for links to verified fundraisers and resources.

In Sony's new slasher flick, a serial killer is stalking serial daters – but with a busy slate during Valentine's season, how could Heart Eyes murder the competition? We collaborated with our friends at Sony Canada to spread the word about Heart Eyes. Not with your run-of-the-mill promo playbook, but with a luxurious campaign for a fictional perfume: Eau Lone, a fragrance to smell single, with heart notes to stop Heart Eyes. We launched a killer spot at the Grammys (to celebrate the year's best singles) and sent influencers "the most messed up PR box... ever" (their words, not ours) to spread the word online: Smell single. Stay safe. Check it out here: https://lnkd.in/gGu953rQ

For the past year, Thinkingbox Vancouver has been hosting a monthly mentorship group Ladies, Wine & Design - We've had some pretty incredible speakers in the past: Julie Solvstrom, Pamela Rounis, and tonight's Sami Christianson (and even some of our own Jessica Luch & Bronwyn Davies). We love connecting people in the design and creative community by providing a space for the community to use. We're thrilled to host another event this evening with the co-founder of Best Studio Sami Christianson. A huge shout out to our own Melody Wang and Jessica Luch for organizing alongside the incredible women at Ladies, Wine & Design (Carolina Horna Chrissy Preecy Esperanza G.)
