🎉On September 5, 2025, we inaugurated DM Brasil, the result of a partnership between ECOM Agroindustrial Corp. Ltd. and San Roke Industrial, aiming to transform the decaffeinated coffee experience in the country. ☕✨ With EISA - Empresa Interagrícola S.A.’s tradition since 1935 and DESCAMEX’s expertise, a global reference in decaffeination for over 42 years, we are bringing to Brazil the MC & Mountain Water methods, which extract caffeine with precision while preserving flavor and aroma. 🌱 The event brought together authorities, partners, and collaborators to celebrate the beginning of a new era for decaffeinated coffee, one we are proud to be part of! 💚 #DMBrasil #ECOM #Descamex #DecafCoffee #Growinginnovators #Loveyourorigins

We often talk about Smarter Cocoa, but what does this actually mean in practice? 🤔 Launched in 2021, the Smarter Cocoa Charter is ECOM’s company-wide cocoa sustainability strategy, built on 17 time-bound targets across our sustainability pillars to strengthen resilient and responsible supply chains. By 2024, after three years of implementation, we completed several KPIs and gained valuable learnings. Building on this foundation, we set new mid-term KPIs to address evolving farmer, community, and industry needs. The Smarter Cocoa Charter, like our sustainability approach, continues to evolve. We are proud of the progress we’ve made so far, but we aim to go further, recognizing that achieving a truly sustainable cocoa sector at scale is a long road ahead. 🌱 Have a look at our new KPIs below 👇 the full list can be found on page 13 of our 2024 Cocoa Sustainability Report! https://lnkd.in/gg5fVEnx #smartercocoa #smarterfutureforcocoa #sustainablecocoa #cocoasustainabilityreport #growinginnovators

It’s International Youth Day! 🌱 This year we celebrate youth actions working towards the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and beyond. ECOM’s Youth for Sustainable Coffee Farming initiative supports the next generation of coffee producers in Mexico, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to lead sustainable coffee farming through regenerative agriculture. From 2023-24, over 50 young participants from Mexico’s main coffee-producing states were trained. In 2025, the third edition welcomed 44 more from Chiapas, Oaxaca, Puebla, and Veracruz—with two-thirds of these participants being women, and over a third from Indigenous communities. We are very proud to integrate new generations into sustainable coffee production, advancing the SDGs. As part of the 2025 Cotton Brazil Buyers Mission, organized by Abrapa - Associação Brasileira dos Produtores de Algodão and ANEA - Associação Nacional dos Exportadores de Algodão, Zarina Giyasova from our global cotton team and Grégoire Nègre with Marco Antonio Aluisio from our EISA - Empresa Interagrícola S.A. operation, visited Primavera do Leste, a key cotton region in Brazil, to explore its advanced production practices alongside textile industry leaders. The visit highlighted cutting-edge innovations in cotton harvesting and processing, delivering tangible results in both quality and traceability. It was also an unforgettable ride on a cotton harvester (pictured below!). 🚜 This annual mission is designed to strengthen international partnerships and showcase Brazil’s role as a global leader in sustainable cotton production. At ECOM, we’re proud to support and contribute to this mission, reflecting our motto: “Improve cotton, improve lives.” 🪴 #CottonBrazil #improvecottonimprovelives #ECOM #growingforabetterfuture

At ECOM Agroindustrial Corp. Ltd., we are proud of our journey toward regenerative agriculture through ECOM’s Verde program and excited about the positive impact it’s beginning to make. Together with key project partners, including Earthworm Foundation, we’re supporting U.S. cotton farmers to adopt practices that improve soil health and build a more sustainable future for cotton 🌱 #ImproveCottonImproveLives #SustainableCotton #RegenerativeAgriculture #ECOMUSA
Over the past two years, we’ve had the privilege of supporting a meaningful shift in U.S. #cotton farming, one rooted in regeneration and collaboration. Through ECOM Agroindustrial Corp. Ltd.USA’s Verde by #ECOM program, and in partnership with local regional actors, more than 150 cotton growers have joined regenerative agriculture programmes, surpassing a five-year goal in just two! We've supported this journey by helping design strong programmes, collaborating to build data systems that serve both growers and buyers, and ensuring farmers have the practical tools to adopt methods like cover cropping and reduced tillage. Big shifts start small, in fields, on farms, with people who care. And together, we’re growing trust, resilience, and better ways of doing things. Curious what regeneration looks like in action? 🌱 Read the full story here: https://lnkd.in/dqKYUjwJ Kimberlee Chambers Steven P. At ECOM Nicaragua, we are advancing our efforts towards building a more resilient coffee supply chain while mitigating climate change.🌎 In collaboration with our clients and led on the ground by Edgardo Alpizar Vargas, our SMS Manager in Managua, we are converting farm wood residues into biochar, which is then used to enrich coffee pulp compost. This enriched compost is being applied in coffee nurseries during seedling planting in farms across our supply chain. Our circular approach allows us to replace synthetic fertilizers, improving productivity and seedling survival rates. We are also working to double production of the enriched compost and extend its use more widely across our operations. If you are interested and would like to learn more about this initiative, don’t miss the below video ! 🌱 #growinginnovators #biochar #ECOMnicaragua
