Last week we came together for an Emotional Intelligence workshop as part of our HOC (House of Competence) program. 🍀 We explored how understanding and managing emotions strengthens everyday communication, sharpens decisions, and makes teamwork smoother. why we do it: HOC is our in-house learning & development program designed to help employees build core skills that matter at work, clear communication, collaboration, and leadership. We keep it practical so people can turn learning into daily habits and grow in a culture of feedback and continuous improvement. We kept it practical, pausing before reacting, naming what’s really happening, and viewing situations through someone else’s eyes. Small shifts that change the tone of a conversation and the quality of the outcome. A short group exercise tied it all together, light, interactive, and a great chance to learn from each other. 48 Hours. 30 Hours of Focused Work. Endless Creativity.⏱💡 Over the weekend, our Intertec team exchanged the office desks for the stunning lakeside landscape of Ohrid to take part in Intertec Vibeathon – a 48-hour event with one main goal: vibe coding. And the results speak for themselves: ✅ 36,992 net lines of code added ✅ 138 React components created ✅ 8 major project modules implemented ✅Delivered new features quickly and consistently in just 2 days In between the intense coding sprints, there was plenty of coffee, brainstorming, and those “we nailed it!” moments that make events like this special. We had the freedom to push creative boundaries, worked closely across different skills and backgrounds, turned concepts into working solutions in record time, and strengthened our bonds as a team beyond the daily grind. The result? Fresh innovations, new perspectives, and an even stronger connection between colleagues.
