Healthcare in Macedonia is entering its next chapter. At this year’s XXI Congress of the Doctors of the Republic of North Macedonia, Sorsix is helping lead the discussion on what comes next. Still in awe weeks later at the sheer quality of the event and people at Downeast Digital - I have wanted to visit Maine for years, and the charismatic leadership of Edmondo Robinson finally gave me the chance! I would be remiss not to thank Osama Alsaleh and Amy Andersen for the connection that brought me to meet this wonderful community and to be blown away by the remarkable energy and spirit of the group. I never thought I would enjoy an event this much! There were so many wonderful connections and meetings, it is too much to list them all; but I would be remiss at not calling out the tremendous energy of Roger A Mitchell Jr MD, the inspiring thought leadership of Charlotte Yeh in a sector very dear to me - I have internalised 'Thriving in Motion'! - and Dominique Morgan for being willing to patiently explain to a global interloper so much about the US healthcare system in great detail. The University Clinic of Cardiology Skopje 🫀 struggled with manual data entry, fragmented patient records and time-consuming administrative tasks.
