Throwback to an unforgettable team experience in mid-July! The Mi-Jack Europe team kicked off with two intense days of Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training, sharpening our shared mindset for identifying inefficiencies and driving process improvements. On day three, we swapped flipcharts for paddles and climbed into a Roman ship for a very different kind of challenge. And yes- we learned some valuable lessons: ⚙️If only one person paddles, the ship technically moves... so cheering from the back must count as teamwork, right? 📣 Without clear communication from the front, we invented our own rowing styles... Let’s call it freestyle efficiency. 🏛️ And honestly: the fact that the Romans conquered half of Europe with these boats - and without GPS, Slack, or status meetings - is nothing short of a miracle But after a short moment of chaos, we aligned, communicated, and rowed that ship fast and in sync - as one strong team. 💪 We wrapped up the day with great food, good drinks, and even better conversations. Thanks to everyone who made this experience both productive and unforgettable!

This is what happens when you ask the sales team for some trade show footage: You get… a lot of close-ups of other booths’ giveaways. (To be fair - who could resist stress balls and pens?) Still - (and maybe because of that) -TOC Europe was a great success for our team. Plenty of great conversations, new connections, and a good time at the booth. Thanks to everyone who stopped by - we truly appreciated the exchange! Next time, we’ll make sure someone actually presses record – especially during the professional close-ups.🎬😉

🎯 We have a winner! At TOC Europe, the Mi-Jack Europe team offered visitors the chance to win a drone by simply dropping off their business card at our booth. From numerous participants, Sebastian Schwögler had the task of drawing the winning card – and the result is in: Congratulations to Joaquim Bicho – your drone is ready for takeoff. We hope it brings both perspective and a bit of fun. Thank you to everyone who visited us in Rotterdam. We appreciated the many conversations, insights, and new connections. And for everyone who did not win this time – no worries. We’re not done yet. More great prizes are already in the pipeline for our upcoming events.

TOC Europe – Day 1 🎯 After a lovely dinner with our friends from VEM GmbH (networking level: unlocked), we kicked off Day 1 the only right way: ☕ coffee, ☀️ sunshine, and a mental checklist for Messe-Bingo. ✅ Small talk about the weather ✅ Spotting the best pens (stationery game is strong this year) ✅ “We should definitely stay in touch” moments ✅ The classic: “I’ll swing by later” – and they actually did! Big thanks to everyone who came by for a chat, a laugh, or a serious meeting (or all three). Looking forward to two more days full of Expo-energy, container-talks, and possibly… more pens. 🖊️

We’re happy and thankful that we had the chance to attend the Intermodal Association of North America’s Business Meeting from May 5–7. Three days filled with new perspectives, strategic discussions and plenty of opportunities to connect with others in the industry. We especially enjoyed hearing from experts on timely topics, gaining executive-level insights and sharing ideas during interactive roundtable sessions. A special highlight was the Kansas City Royals vs. Chicago White Sox game - an unforgettable experience and an evening full of fun, good company and a relaxed atmosphere that brought everyone together. Many thanks to the organizers for hosting such a well-organized and impactful event. We truly appreciated the experience and look forward to what’s ahead in the world of intermodal transportation. Picture 1: Stephan Trauth and Sebastian Schwögler are enjoying the baseball game to the fullest, even if not all of their facial expressions reflect this :) Picture 2: Sluggerrr, the mascot of the Kansas City Royals, brought great vibes to the sidelines. Picture 3: Not only the players are the stars here – the furry teammate is joining the fun too! Picture 4: Sebastian Schwögler happy to be part of the event of IANA. Thanks again for having us!
