如果您使用 Maps 3D SDK for Android 开发应用，必须在应用中提供
使用条款和
隐私权政策，并确保相关内容符合您与 Google 签订的协议中规定的准则：
- 《使用条款》和《隐私权政策》必须可公开访问。
- 您必须在应用的《使用条款》中明确说明，用户使用应用时须遵守 Google 服务条款。
- 您必须在《隐私权政策》中注明您使用的是 Google Maps API，并且以提述方式将 Google 隐私权政策纳入其中。
《使用条款》和《隐私权政策》的建议显示位置因应用平台而异。如果开发的是移动应用，建议在相关应用商店的应用下载页面上以及应用的设置菜单中提供指向《使用条款》和《隐私权政策》的链接。
