Connecting old machines with new systems - a practical approach 🔄 In many production facilities, well-functioning machines from the 1990s work alongside modern lines but remain digitally isolated. Without monitoring their condition and efficiency, engineers collect data manually and respond to failures only after they occur. 🏭 Replacing working machines just to add monitoring capabilities rarely makes economic sense. Bridge solutions are needed to connect these two technological worlds. Key parameters such as cycle time, piece count, energy consumption, or operating temperatures can be monitored. PLC Linux 📍 Caso: Captura y análisis de datos en una instalación fotovoltaica aislada ✅ Pros: Corre Debian/Ubuntu, ideal para aplicaciones complejas ⚠️ Contras: Solo interfaces serie: RS232 y RS485 4️⃣ Hangzhou Kincony Electronics Co.,Ltd.
