Set up on the 18th of March 2009, Serpentina is a non profit organization that aims at making the Internet and other Commmunication and Information Technologies part of the everyday life, promoting technology across subjects and within its environment. We believe these are perfectly great tools and excellent aids to creativity, interaction, collaboration and social integration. They will form the basis for all our playing, educational and cultural activities to everyone regardless of age.
