- 1. El Presente Progressivo Used: To express an action that is in process “-ing” verbs (speak ing , do ing , jump ing , laugh ing , sleep ing )
- 2. She is talking. Ella está hablando . They are eating. Ellos están comiendo .
- 3. It is raining. Está lloviendo. Ellas están bailando. They are dancing.
- 4. So, you use this structure with estar to say things like… ESTAR + Present Participle Estoy talking (hablando) Estás eating (comiendo) Está leaving (saliendo) Estamos dancing (bailando) Estáis Están
- 5. Now, let’s break it down! ESTAR + Present Participle (“-ing”) Estoy -AR = -ando Estás (hablando) Está -ER = - iendo Estamos (comiendo) Estáis -IR = -iendo Están (saliendo)
