Entendemos que el amoniaco es el refrigerante del futuro por su alta eficiencia, por la facilidad en la detección de posibles fugas y por ser considerado como un refrigerante ecológico. Debemos recordar que el amoniaco es un producto natural queno ataca a la capa de ozono (ODP= 0), que no contribuye al efectoinvernadero (GWP=0), que es biodegradable y que ofrece un índice TEWI mínimo. We understand the ammonia as the refrigerant of the future because of its high efficiency, the facility to detect possible leaks and because of being considered as an ecological refrigerant. We have to remember that the ammonia is a natural product that does not have any adverse effects on the ozone layer (ODP=0), that does not contribute to the global warming (GWP=0), that is biodegradable and that offers a minimum TEWI index. SCREW COMPRESSOR PACKAGES The whole series consist of more than 70 sizes with nominal evaporations of -12°C, -20°C, -30°C and -40°C, with basic equipment and with a wide variety of optionals that enables us to satisfy the diversity of demands that can be found in the design of a cooling installation. Among these optionals, can be highlighted: 3 Panel control with PLC. 3 Oil thermorregulating valve. 3 Units ready to work at 60Hz. 3 High condensing pressure. 3 Marine version. 3 Superfeed. 3... All our units leave our workshops aligned and tested in order to enable a quick and safe installation. Hx & Hw Series The HX and HW series are based on the XRV and WRV motor compressor packages series. Our packages include the following features: 3 Twin screw compressor. 3 IP23 Electrical motor (other types are optional). 3 Horizontal oil separator with coalescent filters (<10ppm). 3 Discharge line with check valve and manual stop valve. 3 Suction line with filter, check valve and manual stop valve. 3 Oil circuit with oil pump (only HW series). 3 Oil cooler by thermosiphon (other types are optional). - 12. ECOPACK, NUESTRO CHILLER COMPACTO El ECOPACK, equipo de enfriamiento compacto, está diseñado para responder a las necesidades de refrigeración industrial de potencia mediana. Sus aplicaciones más habituales son las cámaras de conservación, condensación de CO2, etc. Las principales características del Ecopack, en su serie RTAF, son: 3 Enfriamiento de glicol a -10º. 3 Veinte tamaños estándar con potencias frigoríficas nominales de 100 a 900kW. 3 Recuperación de calor de aceite. 3 Recuperación total del calor. 3 Alta eficiencia (COP>6) gracias a que los compresores trabajan mecánicamente al 100% de capacidad y a que la unidad se adapta a condensaciones por debajo de las nominales. 3 El refrigerante se encuentra confinado y no circula por la instalación. Además el diseño compacto favorece a que la carga de amoniaco sea pequeña (entre 15 y 100kg). 3 Gracias a su envolvente, se puede prescindir de sala de máquinas y colocar el equipo en el exterior al aire libre. 3 Dispone de sistema de seguridad en caso de fugas que permite la detección y neutralización del amoniaco. 3 Sencillez en la instalación. 3 Facilidad de mantenimiento gracias a que todos sus componentes están accesibles y son fácilmente sustituibles. 12
- 13. YOUR ALL IN ONE COMPACT CHILLER (ECOPACK) The ECOPACK, that is, the compact refrigeration chiller, is designed to meet the industrial cooling requirements of medium capacity. Typical applications are cooling chambers, CO2 condensing. The main features of RTAF series of are: 3 -10ºC glycol cooling. 3 Twenty standard models, ranging from 100 to 900kW (nominal capacity). 3 Very high efficiency (COP>6) because the compressors work mechanically at 100% of their capacity and because the unit adapts itself to below nominal condensations. 3 Oil heat recovery. 3 Total heat recovery. 3 The refrigerant is confined and does not circulate inside the installation. Besides, the compact design allows very low ammonia charge (between 15 and 100kg). 3 Thanks to its safety housing, there is no need for machinery room and the unit can be placed outdoor. 3 It includes a security system for leaks that enables to detect and neutralize the ammonia. 3 Easy installation. 3 Easy maintenance due to the fact that all its components are accessible and can be easily substituted. 13
