From engineering roots to CX Architecture 🎯   After studying Electrical & Computer Engineering, Kiriakos Kiriakopoulos spent the first 7 years of his career in various delivery roles within Engineering & Development, focusing primarily on Contact Center solutions and projects. About 15 years ago, he transitioned into Presales and Solution roles. While it is quite uncommon to work in the same or a similar field for such an extended period, he considers himself fortunate, as the different perspectives and industry transformations have been quite challenging and rewarding. Kyriakos joined Uni Systems in 2019 as a Senior Customer Interaction Management Solution Manager within the Telecom & Enterprise Business Unit, being responsible for presales and solution-level management of Contact Center-related modules and solutions. In May 2025, he became Senior Customer Experience (CX) Architect.     A journey of continuous growth 🔝   His time at Uni Systems has been instrumental in Kyriakos’ professional growth, as he was provided with a supportive and collaborative work environment, as well as opportunities to learn and acquire more skills through training programs.   A strong team spirit, a group of highly skilled coworkers and well-organized processes were among the key elements that reenforced his professional and personal development. Moreover, having managers that were attentive to employee feedback, and investors committed to making the necessary transformation steps, ensured that employees stayed ahead in adopting new technologies and remain competitive in the industry.   Thriving through change 🚀   Kyriakos still feels the same enthusiasm as when he first joined, however the responsibilities and expectations have gradually increased over time. Recently, he has been focusing on business and CX initiative strategies, which differ from his traditional daily tasks.
