As the Managing Director of Roche Information Solutions India Private Limited (Roche's GCC), I lead the India based digital center of one of world's largest healthcare organizations and a Fortune 100 company. With over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, I have a proven track record of delivering strategic business outcomes, fostering customer relationships, and managing diverse teams and operations. My passion for innovation and entrepreneurship has driven me to co-found and exit startups in the technology space, as well as to mentor, coach, and speak at various platforms and events. Academically, I studied engineering at the Government College of Engineering, Pune (COEP) and management at the Harvard Business School at Boston, where I gained valuable insights and skills in the global business landscape.

As a thought leader in neuroscience and a LinkedIn Global Influencer (Top Voice 2018 and 2023), I share researched perspectives on topics such as leadership, motivation, mental wellness, professional and personal leadership, and peak potential.
