#From #Kisumu to #Addis: My Mentorship Journey over the years In 2023, I began my mentoring journey with Girls on the Move in Kisumu, Kenya. Partnering with Pamela Steele Associates I guided a young women to bridge the supply-chain skills gap and support her career path. Building on that success, I joined #EMNET #EmpoweringWomeninLogisticsNetworksinEthiopia in 2024 a DAAD German Academic Exchange Service funded program run with Addis Ababa University, School of Pharmacy, Addis Ababa University School of Commerce and Technische Universität Berlin. I worked with three talented logistics students, supporting their pursuit of higher qualifications, career readiness, research, and application of their knowledge to the practical world. Today, I’m honored to receive my #secondCertificateParticipation as a #mentor. These experiences deepen my commitment to gender equality, leadership development, and sustainable growth in logistics across East Africa. Thank you to all program partners for their support and collaboration.
