In her expanded role, Jasmine will lead Marketing and Sustainability alongside Product Stewardship, connecting environmental goals with customer engagement and brand strategy. This promotion reflects Jasmine’s leadership across Phoenix and her impact in the wider sector. She has been at the forefront of battery recycling in New Zealand, driving initiatives to recover critical minerals such as lithium, cobalt, nickel, and lead — transforming complex waste streams into valuable resources; recently launching solar panel recycling.
