I teach conversational English to students for everyday situations from the weather, to grocery shopping, to ordering on a menu at a restaurant, and many circumstances!

I proofread and provide feedback on office memos, resumes, graduate level theses, and several other situations that encompass job placement and college prep for students between the ages of 16-45. This teaching and tutoring includes, but is not limited to grammar, punctuation, paper content, essay structure and format adherence (APA, MLA, Chicago, etc.).

I teach English as a foreign language, a second language, and in a remedial capacity for native English speakers for students between ages 4-18. My methods include visual slides, total physical response (TPR), props, voice inflection, and other pedagogical techniques to help the process of learning English to become less intimidating...and more fun. I also focus on vocabulary, pronunciation, and other syntax such as sentence structure and subject-verb agreement.

I am a native English speaker from the United States, and have earned a degree in English, with a specialization in English Writing. I have expert levels of proficiency in both English speaking and writing.
