I come from Northampton, a lovely town in central England about an hour outside London, famous for Silverstone Formula 1 and as the birthplace of Princess Diana. I now live in Malta, a stunning Mediterranean island rich in culture and inspiration. I’ve been teaching English for over 10 years, and I absolutely love it.

🧵 A Bit About Me

My teaching journey began when I worked online for a company in China, teaching English to children aged 4 to 16. This experience deepened my passion for helping students thrive through fun and focused learning. From there, I trained to become an IELTS specialist, and ever since, I’ve supported learners with all kinds of academic and professional goals.

I have had the pleasure of teaching students from every corner of the world, including Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. It’s a joy to engage with so many cultures while helping each learner build confidence and reach their potential.

Before becoming a teacher, I worked in finance as a trainer in London, coaching new recruits on communication, regulations, and sales. I also worked in media, managing my own entertainment page at a newspaper, a role that sparked my love of storytelling and strong written English.
