Getting rid of the traditional ways of doing things where scopes and requirements becomes too rigid MUST change and focus on the true north of what actually aligns with the business values as the outcome ultimatum. This brings the leaders of the organisations to break the silos of having traditional structure & focus on crossfunctional mindset thus embracing digital as one of the key enablers to steer the business transformation aligning them to become the new normal. Any changes will be challenging. Embracing the agile culture in every aspects expedites the integration & collaboration across the enterprise.
