You’ll be the link between our restaurants, public agencies, and legal partners – making sure documentation is in order, deadlines are met, and processes run like clockwork. 📧 What you’ll do: - Keep legal & operational docs tidy and up to date; - Manage licenses, contracts, and insurance; - Coordinate document signing and travel; - Track deadlines & follow up with all parties; - Liaise with public agencies and represent us when needed. 📞 What we care about: Organisation, clear communication, and good energy. 1–3 years in admin or legal support, fluency in Portuguese & English, and the drive to get things done. Admin is the glue that holds everything together – before the meeting, before the project, before the guests arrive. Beato just got tastier. We’ve landed on the East Side with our fifth Dallas - bringing a little Brooklyn vibe (minus the jet lag). For now, we’re keeping it low-key: juicy grass-fed burgers by day and free crispy fries with every burger (yes, free - until 31/7). Open Wednesday-Sunday, 12:00-5:30 PM - perfect timing for that midday craving. During our soft opening, we’re here just for lunch - but soon, we’ll be serving dinner too. With July marking the end of Pride Month we had the pleasure of receiving at our HQ the amazing Daniela, director of Associação ILGA Portugal to give us a lecture about LGBTQ+ history around the world and in Portugal as well. We learned about how to be respectful to the community, as well as it's daily struggles for freedom and equal rights.This visit made us more sure about one thing: at Vida Plena, we celebrate pride everyday - we include and respect each person and its identities and receive them with open arms - alas, that's the spirit of Hospitality.
