This would be their largest store in the world. From 28th June 2025, kiosk accessibility will become a legal requirement in the EU. That means kiosks must support assistive tech, offer accessible payment options, and be designed so users can complete tasks independently without needing help from staff. For retailers, restaurants and hotels using self-service, this changes how you design and deploy. Accessibility has long been part of the experience at Evoke Creative. The new legislation means it now has to be part of everyone’s.
