Women in Data® x Aviva: Reframing Impostor Syndrome workshop Earlier this month, our partner Aviva welcomed us to their Norwich offices to host the Reframing Impostor Syndrome workshop. 💬 “It’s easy to give positive advice to others but not as easy to accept it in yourself.” 💬 “It takes confidence to push back with positivity when someone talks themselves down.” These honest reflections show just how important it is to have safe spaces where everyone can share openly, connect over shared experiences, and learn practical strategies to build confidence. “It was incredibly empowering to hear shared experiences and practical strategies for navigating self-doubt.
