Stop pretending you have answers at work! Unpopular opinion, but you don’t always need to be right. In fact, you don’t have to know it all. You just have to be willing to learn. 💛 This is the #1 trait employers look for in the workplace. Agree? #careers

🎉 What an unforgettable evening with good weather hosted by ADPList Amsterdam Chapter! Big thanks to everyone who showed up for the ADPList summer meetup in Vondelpark. A massive shoutout to Lead Ambassador, Balasubramanyn Meenakshisundaram, for organizing this. So many good stories, tips, and laughs. 🌳✨ We heard first-time mentees planning their growth paths, seasoned mentors swapping experience, and plenty of “small talk” that turned into big ideas. That is what community looks like! ❤️

90% of people don’t understand this. You don’t need to be a perfect match to apply for a job. Yes, you heard that. Growth doesn’t happen in comfort zones. It happens when we’re just a little underqualified, just enough to stretch, learn, and level up. We’ve seen it first hand: → The best roles are the ones that challenge you. → The best growth comes from a little discomfort. If every requirement fits you like a glove, you’re not applying to grow, you’re applying to coast. Apply scared. Apply ambitious. Apply ready to become more. What else would you add? 👇

Being around ambitious people will change your life. We broke the record with > 100 people at a single Taipei event ;) All brought together by adplist.org, ABConvert, and SparkLabs Taiwan. The premise was simple: Yi Hung Lin and I wanted to gather the most driven builders in one room and see what happens. As the night unfolded, I honestly lost track of how many new faces I met, how many candid stories we shared, and the number of times someone told me, “adplist.org has changed my life.” For me, this wasn’t just another event. Since growing adplist.org from a spontaneous spreadsheet in 2021 to a movement supporting millions, I’ve learned the most pivotal breakthroughs aren’t about code or capital—they’re about who you surround yourself with. I was once again reminded why we exist in the first place. Thank you, Taipei. You’ve set a new bar for what’s possible when builders unite. Can’t wait for the next one. So here’s to building bolder, together.
