💫 We are Hiring for BEHAVIORAL INSTRUCTORS! 💫 We are currently looking for full-time ABA Instructors to join our dedicated team at the Brooklyn Autism Center! - This position is FULL TIME with hours 8:30-4:30, M-F. 💫 We are Hiring for an Associate Clinical Director, BCBA! 💫 We are currently looking for a full-time Associate Clinical Director, BCBA/LBA, to join our dedicated team at the Brooklyn Autism Center! This position is full time with hours 8:30-4:30, M-F. Excellent benefit package, including approx. 10 weeks paid vacation annually, health, dental and vision insurance, and optional Transitchek and/or 401(k) enrollment. 1 work from home day after training is complete. 👀 What We’re Looking For: - MA/MS in Psychology, Education or related field; BCBA/LBA certified; at least 1 year in a supervisory role in a school or clinic setting - At least 3 years experience working with children with Autism utilizing ABA, preferably with students ages 5-8 years old. - Experience in management and training preferred. - The applicant must be a team player that can work in conjunction with other supervisors and senior management towards organizational goals - The applicant must be a dynamic leader who can work with a diverse staff with varying levels of experience in the field - The applicant must be an effective communicator both internally with staff and externally with parents, community partners, etc. - The applicant will be motivated, energetic and reliable, with a passion for working with children with Autism. - The applicant understands that all conduct must reflect the highest level of professionalism at all times. 📅 Ready to apply? They will help manage the visual culture of the school to uphold a welcoming, clean, organized, functional, and safe learning environment. The right person for this position will demonstrate a high level of professionalism, works well with all staff members, and is interested in facilitating an atmosphere of teamwork.
