What happens when bright young minds meet real-world engineering? Innovation, Teamwork and a whole lot of learning! CARIB Brewery Trinidad and Tobago recently hosted 11 final-year UTT engineering students for an immersive five-week internship, and they didn’t just observe, they built, solved, and delivered across Brewing, Packaging, Utilities, and Engineering. This wasn’t your average internship. It was a bold step toward bridging the classroom and the factory floor, backed by a growing partnership between CARIB and UTT with an official MOU on the way to take things even further. As David Welch, Managing Director at CARIB Brewery TT, said, "We’re proud to shape the next generation of engineers."
