"I can see us working together now that I know you.” We always hear this after our events, like our Healthcare Innovation Conference earlier this month. A bipartisan delegation of congressional staff got a chance to meet each other outside of the beltway and engage with their colleagues and innovators in Los Angeles and San Diego. Highlighted topics included advancements in pharmaceutical manufacturing, medical devices, and diagnostic techniques. Thank you to all of our participants for showing us your (often lifesaving) work!
About us
America is neither right nor left. Republican nor Democrat. Center Forward believes bipartisanship is the way to move forward. Our team works to give centrist allies the information they need to craft common sense solutions, and provide those allies the support they need to turn ideas into results.

Supporting family farmers, ensuring access to healthy foods, and building the rural economy aren’t partisan issues. Center Forward was joined by leaders at our annual bipartisan Agriculture Summit who shared their vision and work on these critical issues. Thank you to Senator Amy Klobuchar, Senator Pete Ricketts, Senator Peter Welch, Ranking Member Angie Craig, Congressman Jim Costa, and Congressman David Valadao for sharing your priorities!

Hello from the Hollywood of the North! Through Center Forward’s Trade Mission to Vancouver, a bipartisan group of chiefs of staff experienced industries affected by cross-border trade up close. We can debate about who makes the best movies, but there’s no question the U.S.-Canada relationship is vital to both countries. We continue to provide a forum as important policy talks like the USMCA review move forward. Learn more about our Trade Missions here → https://lnkd.in/erHR7wEH

It was a pleasure welcoming congressional aides from across the country to our cell therapy manufacturing facility in El Segundo this week. I speak about the curative potential of cell therapy and my pride in our global #manufacturing network frequently, but it’s always special when we can share a glimpse into our sites where the magic happens – one patient at a time. We were also fortunate to hear a patient perspective from one of our Kite patients. These stories of hope energize us and inspire us to keep pushing forward. Cell therapy is truly unique, and the cross-functional teams that collaborate to develop and deliver these potentially transformative treatments to patients are incredible. #KiteProud Thank you to Center Forward for coordinating this visit!

What a great event! Center Forward thanks for the opportunity to share with bipartisan House Chiefs of Staff the critical role that cement and concrete play in the global economy and issues that are critical to the continued success of American Cement Association members. A special thanks to David Perkins and the entire Heidelberg Materials North America Northwest Region team for ensuring the event was a great success!
Truly a GIANT treat this week working with American Cement Association to host Center Forward on a visit to our Granville Island Ready Mix plant in Vancouver, BC! This site – complete with our special “Giants” - silos decorated with art from OSGEMEOS (Gustavo and Otávio Pandolfo) - as we produce concrete that builds the surrounding Vancouver skyline from about a one-acre footprint is definitely a study in contrasts. It is also one that shows how a critical production operation can not only coexist with, but be an integral part of, a vibrant and visitor-rich setting of marketplaces, community centers, galleries, restaurants and outdoor venues that see more than a million visitors a year. It is always special to be able to share our story about how critical and essential cement and concrete are to building our society and our communities. It's also important to share and discuss how we can work with those who represent us in Congress to shape policy that supports our ability to innovate and enhance the sustainable attributes of the second most used building material in the world (behind water) – all to support our economic and societal prosperity. A special thanks to Sean O'Neill and the ACA team who helped to coordinate this visit. Perhaps most of all... a GIANT thanks to our Northwest Region Team – Kent Stuehmer, Tyler Thorson, Maria Fayloga, and the Granville Island operations team – for their amazing hospitality! 🩶 💚 🩶 #HeidelbergMaterials #CementBuildsCommunities #MaterialToBuildOurFuture
