This is a unique opportunity to help lead one of the nation’s premier fire departments, known for its dedication to innovation, public safety, and community service.  As part of the executive leadership team within the Cincinnati Fire Department, the Assistant Fire Chief plays a key role in strategic planning, emergency response coordination, operational oversight, and personnel management. We are looking for a candidate who exemplifies integrity, collaboration, and forward-thinking leadership in public safety. Requirements  ✔️ Each applicant must have five (5) years of progressively responsible supervisory and managerial experience (excluding riding above grade) with a professional fire department in a metropolitan city with a population of more than 300,000.  ✔️ Associate's degree is required.
