The Richardson East Rotary Club has relaunch the "Make It Happen!" campaign to fund “Annie’s Place,” a pavilion addition to the Ann Eisemann Inclusive Playground at Cottonwood Park. The goal is to raise $175,000 to add a shaded gathering space for families and visitors. Upcoming Fundraising Events North Texas Giving Day (NTGD) – September 1-18 The campaign will kick off with this year’s North Texas Giving Day campaign, aiming to raise $30,000 toward the overall goal of $175,000. An anonymous matching grant of up to $10,000 has been secured to help reach the NTGD target. Party at the Park – Saturday, October 25 | 2-4 p.m. This RERC-hosted event will help sustain public awareness of the Ann Eisemann Inclusive Playground and Sensory Garden. An information booth will be available on-site, along with opportunities to contribute directly toward the pavilion project at its future location.
