These machines are the heartbeat of their business, and Joe makes sure downtime is minimal with fast and reliable solutions. What does he love most about his role? Getting hands-on with cutting-edge automated equipment in the field. He loves knowing he's part of a team that’s pushing the boundaries of farming technology. Lisa has been our Sales/Service Administrative Assistant at FireFly for the past 4 years—and she’s truly a powerhouse behind the scenes. From keeping the books balanced and orders moving to coordinating meetings, Lisa makes sure everything runs smoothly (with plenty of humor along the way). When she’s not keeping our team organized and on track, Lisa finds inspiration from her dogs—her “furry co-workers” who love to join Zoom calls. They’ve even sparked her latest creative project: a comic strip called Work From Home. We’re so grateful to have Lisa bringing order, sparkle, and smiles to FireFly every day! ✨
