Yesterday we celebrated a huge milestone with our ribbon-cutting ceremony at Firestorm ! 🔥 We were joined by an incredible group of partners, investors, media, friends, as well as DoD, State of California, and City of San Diego representatives — all there to tour our facility, see our technology in action, and recognize how far we’ve come in such a short time. As our CTO Ian Muceus put it: “Three years at Firestorm feels like decades at other companies.” 💥 The cherry on top: the City of San Diego officially proclaimed September 15th as Firestorm Labs Day. We’re honored by this recognition and excited for what’s ahead. Thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey. This is only the beginning 🔥

🔥 Yesterday at DSEI in London, our CEO Dan Magy 🏴☠️ joined Gino Balistreri from HP Additive Manufacturing (AM) Solutions - 3D Printing for a conversation on the future of defense manufacturing. They discussed how decentralized production is reshaping contested logistics, and how Firestorm’s xCell mobile factory helps solve a core problem: producing systems at scale & parts on demand. Proud to share how Firestorm is redefining what’s possible in defense manufacturing, alongside our partners at HP 🖨️

🦅 The Eagle (xCell) has landed. This is the future of defense manufacturing: unmanned assets, spare parts, and prototyping at speed. It delivers the same scalable production capacity as a fixed line — but deployable anywhere in the world. And now, with both mobile and fixed production under one roof at our new HQ, we’re ready to build what defense needs, when and where it’s needed.

More testing on an xCell-printed FPV quadcopter. With capacity to produce thousands of frames each month, Xcell delivers scalable attritable mass. Build fast, build affordable.
More PA-12 quadrotor frame testing. The frame weight is almost identical to the original carbon fiber frame. We'll work some magic around frame design, of course, but this play is almost entirely about mass / scale. Thousands of systems per month, easily nested in with other builds – the ever-increasing arsenal 🇺🇸 #xcell #factoryatthefront #dontsleeponnylon

Join David Hubler (Director of Army Partnerships) for a walkthrough of xCell -- Firestorm’s deployable microfactory. Manufacturing at the edge means getting critical parts and assets anywhere, in hours. This is the future of contested logistics.

Last week, Firestorm had the chance to open its doors to a delegation from NATO at our new HQ. The group got an exclusive look at xCell, our micro-factory -- showcasing how we can build affordable mass through additive manufacturing. From manufacturing spare parts and prototypes to delivering modular, mission-adaptable UAS, they saw how Firestorm is built to meet the growing demands of the battlefield.
