In Camden’s halls, the teachers met— Two days to learn, their course was set. The first, a Power Up, to see How math can spark accessibility. They found that every voice has weight, Each child can reason, calculate. Engagement grows when problems bend, Inviting thought from start to end. The second day was Teach, where plans Were tested out with careful hands. They saw how structure clears the way, So teachability can hold the day. Not just the answers, but the why— The patterns traced, the reasons tried. So every learner finds a place, And teachers guide with patient grace.
