Just wrapped up an incredible experience at Harvard Business School completing the Executive Education program “Teaching with Cases.” Far beyond a typical seminar, it was an intensive immersion in how to design learning environments that sharpen critical thinking and develop future leaders. True learning doesn’t start with answers, it starts with the right questions. This program reinforced that some of the most powerful teaching moments happen when we resist the urge to fill the silence, giving students the space to wrestle with complexity and find their own insights. Many thanks to Harvard University for hosting us, and to outstanding instructors Alexandra Sedlovskaya and V. G. Narayanan, along with the Harvard Business Impact Education team for their thoughtful guidance and energy throughout the program. Leaving HBS energized and committed to creating learning environments where curiosity is encouraged, thinking is made visible, and insights are built collectively. Our own Lucy Swedberg recently spoke at AOM in Copenhagen, where she joined insightful panel sessions on “The Write Stuff: How to Contribute to the Scholarship of Teaching & Learning” and “Impacting Real Managers,” discussing how to contribute to publications like Harvard Business Review. MIT Sloan Management Review, California Management Review, and I by IMD were featured, as well. Thank you to the organizers, moderators, and co-panelists for fostering such thoughtful and well-received conversations. #AOM2025
