What stood out to us at this year’s Small Satellite Conference (SmallSat): ☀️ In Logan, it felt like a summer festival under the sun 🚗 In Salt Lake, it is easier to reach and stay, but the booths tell a different story 🥳 The real SmallSat still happens in the evenings, where community is built We are already working on new satellite launches, and your next one could just start here! 🚀
Chief Commercial Officer @ Impulso.Space | Integrated Launch Services Provider for NewSpace | Off-Site Satellite Launch Campaign | Making Access to Space Easier
In Logan, Small Satellite Conference (SmallSat) felt like a summer festival for space. You could step outside between sessions, feel the sun, and run into people you had only met online. Every booth was the same size, and it felt like we were all playing on the same field. Salt Lake City changed that. It is easier to reach, easier to stay, easier to move around. But the outdoor spaces are gone, and the booths now tell you who paid the most. The energy is still there, but the texture has shifted. The official program ends in the afternoon, but the real SmallSat continues long after. In the evening, people gather in places that are not about business cards or scheduled meetings. Newcomers find themselves talking to industry veterans over a drink, and conversations drift far from pitch decks and product slides. These moments create something the exhibition hall cannot — trust. They turn a market into an ecosystem and an ecosystem into a community. I hope we never lose this side of SmallSat. This year, SmallSat felt like two different stories. One is told by Salt Lake City itself, with its hotels, its short transfers, and the ease of moving people and equipment. The other is told by what we left behind in Logan: outdoor spaces where conversations spilled into the sunshine, a sense of equality that went beyond logos and budgets. Yet some things have not changed. The side conversations still reveal the real challenges: finding launch capacity, supporting niche orbits, managing tariffs, and chasing standardization. And the evening gatherings still weave newcomers into the fabric of the community. #SmallSat #SpaceCommunity #SatelliteIndustry #SpaceConferences #SpaceNetworking

Fueling a satellite is basically: 💥 A chemistry experiment with zero room for mistakes 🧪 A pressure tank that does NOT like surprises 🌬️ A quiet game of “maybe do not inhale that” ⚡ And a reminder that static electricity can ruin your whole day Good thing we handle the hazardous stuff, so you do not have to. We are turning 6 tomorrow! ✨🥳 In space years, that’s like 42. 🚀 Thank you for trusting us with your satellites, your schedules, and your logistics puzzles. 🧩🛰️ P.S. No fancy cake this year, just one giant Italian crostata. No candles, of course. We have an ISO 8 cleanroom, and a facility that really should not catch on fire. 🥧 #newspace #launchservices #spaceindustry #spacetechnology 📡

Launching faster is not about rushing; it is about alignment. At impulso.space, we know that satellite constellations reach orbit more quickly when mission goals are perfectly synced between partners. In this article for Access Hub, our CEO Pietro Guerrieri explains how mission-driven partnerships eliminate friction and accelerate deployments. #launchservices #satelliteconstellations #spaceeconomy #spacetechnology
Constellations do not launch faster because someone made a neat Gantt chart. They launch faster when partners stop pretending and start aligning. ✅ At impulso.space, we do not just move fast; we move with purpose. Our partnership with GalaxEye is a perfect example of that: a shared mission, real alignment, and the satisfaction of contributing concretely to the success of their project.
