“Hurricane Helene caused so much heartbreak. When we heard about Elderflower, we knew we had an opportunity to make a difference.” When the Elderflower Community Care Center in Asheville, NC was destroyed by Hurricane Helene last year, Elderflower Board President Ellen Raffel Miller – daughter of Arby's co-founder Forrest Raffel – immediately reached out to local franchisee Brumit Restaurant Group for help. Together, they partnered with the Arby’s Foundation to donate $150,000 to rebuild. Today, Elderflower has successfully reopened its doors, providing mental and physical support to dementia patients and their families, bringing joy and healing to those who need it most.
