Project Milestone Alert! 🚧 We’re excited to share a major milestone on our lateral pipeline project in Skagit County, WA. The contractor has officially begun lowering the 20” gas pipeline into the ground! We’ve installed 1,100 feet so far, part of a total 6.5-mile infrastructure upgrade that will enhance energy delivery and regional resilience. Throughout this process, Riparia Environmental is working closely with the project team to ensure full environmental compliance and protect sensitive resources along the alignment. This project brings together the expertise of MacKay Sposito's Pasco engineering team, our Federal Way land surveying team, and our Vancouver environmental permitting team, as well as Riparia Environmental’s environmental compliance support through construction. This is a significant step forward in one of the largest utility upgrades in the region, and we’re proud to support this work alongside our incredible partners. He has successfully closed over 70 deals in his career, including helping scale and sell a 2,000-person environmental firm through 15 transformative acquisitions. We’re proud to unveil East Pierce Fire & Rescue Station 111 HQ in Bonney Lake—our largest station to date at over 32,000 SF. This new facility features a unified admin and fire layout with dedicated clean and dirty zones to enhance firefighter safety, as well as gender‑neutral facilities throughout.
