Yesterday, we shared stories, ideas, and real conversations. 🌈 Alongside W Barcelona, we closed Pride Month with an open and honest discussion about what it means to be part of the #LGBTQIA+ community in the tourism industry—and why creating truly inclusive spaces matters more than ever. A heartfelt thank you to Gemma Brulles, Founder and President of the AHORA DÓNDE-Le Refuge, to Albert Piqué Ros, Director of Internal Communication at Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona (TMB) and to everyone who joined us on and off stage. How important is it to value diversity in the workplace, especially when it's about offering the most personalized experiences possible? Is there a boundary between work and private life when it comes to fundamental rights, such as the right to feel welcome for who we are, wherever we are?
