  • Huge shoutout to our team supporting the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) San Diego at Naval Base Ventura County. This outstanding group was just recognized by the Deputy Site Director for the outstanding impact they've had on Fleet readiness and inventory accountability. Nakupuna employees Anthony Briones, David Collision, and Daniel Magana support material intake and inventory visibility, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Their efforts have helped turn thousands of inaccessible items into mission-capable inventory, delivering real-time value to Warfighters to the tune of $2.1 million in cost avoidance. We are proud to play a part in helping Navy logistics develop scalable, long-term efficiency in support of Sailors everywhere. Read the full story on DVIDS: https://lnkd.in/gZrXDJZF

Our Annual Report proudly recognizes the valuable partnerships and initiatives we undertook throughout 2024, making communities stronger alongside organizations that share our sense of purpose and help us deliver transformative impact across the nation. Last year, the Nakupuna Foundation increased its commitment to our communities, investing more than $4 million into organizations and programs that benefit our Native Hawaiian community, veteran groups, and other causes aligned with our Vision, Mission, and Values. Inside the report you’ll find impactful stories, from early STEM educational programs, college scholarships, and teacher development initiatives to programs supporting traditional Polynesian wayfinding, strengthening Native Hawaiian culture, and many more. This incredible impact is made possible by the employees of the Nakupuna Companies, whose dedication to our customers and mission drive our giveback and inspire us to do as much as we can to reach further, stand taller, and thrive. • Aloha Meets the Lowcountry: Celebrating Our Charleston Office! In May, our Charleston team gathered for a blessing of the Island Park Drive office, an expression of a cherished Hawaiian tradition. In honoring this custom, we symbolically opened our space with intention, well-being, harmony, and connection within our Nakupuna team. Charleston is more than just a beautiful place. It’s a strategic location that enhances our ability to serve our customers with agility, responsiveness, and care. As our presence in the region grows, this officer serves as a reflection of Nakupuna’s commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers.    Blending the rich cultural heritage of Hawaiʻi with the timeless charm of Lowcountry, we celebrated the unique spirit of our Charleston home and the shared values that connect us. A heartfelt mahalo to everyone who brought their presence, intention, and aloha in making this moment so meaningful! We look forward to continuing our mission driven by values, inspired by tradition, and focused on service. #Nakupuna #NakupunaCompanies #Charleston #OfficeBlessing #CulturalHeritage

  • Partnerships with purpose create powerful impact. Just ask our friends from Wish for Wheels, who recently featured Nakupuna Companies CEO Jason Greenawalt in a spotlight on the purpose-driven initiative making a difference across the country. Since 2018, more than 1,860 second graders from Title 1 schools from Hawai‘i to Virginia (and everywhere in between!) have received new bikes and helmets thanks to the incredible support of our employees. They show up year after year for our nationwide bike builds, and, in 2025 alone, we’ve already hosted seven events, with more on the way in the coming school year. Wish for Wheels bike builds are more than just volunteer events. They’re powerful opportunities to boost employee engagement and demonstrate our culture and values within our communities. They’re a big part of why Nakupuna was named a 2025 #TopWorkplace by both the The Denver Post and The Washington Post. Big thanks to Wish for Wheels for the continued connection—and for helping us live out our values, one bike at a time.

What does it look like when purpose meets action? In this video, Jason Greenawalt, CEO of Nakupuna Companies, joins our Managing Director Lori Davis to reflect on a longstanding partnership that’s built more than just bikes. It’s built connection, culture, and community impact across the country. At Wish for Wheels, we believe in the power of bikes. But more importantly, we believe in the power of people coming together to create change. Nakupuna Companies exemplifies that belief in action, and we’re so grateful for their continued partnership. Here's to many more years of building and giving, together!
