  • Our President & CEO Walt Leger, along with Senior VP of Communications & PR Kelly Schulz and Senior VP of Marketing Jeremy Cooker, represented New Orleans & Company this week at Educational Seminar for Tourism Organizations (ESTO) 2026 (U.S. Travel Association) in Phoenix. As the premier conference for destination marketers, ESTO is where ideas are shared, strategies are refined, and the future of tourism is shaped. Our team contributed to this dialogue by leading sessions on crisis communication under pressure and on strengthening relationships with government and partner organizations. We also learned from our peers from around the country and will be implementing many new technologies and strategies into our work to ensure New Orleans remains a top choice for travelers, partners, and industry leaders alike.
