Back-to-school season brings new beginnings and new challenges for families managing atopic dermatitis (AD) in young children. This chronic inflammatory skin condition affects over 9 million children in the U.S., causing itchy, dry, and inflamed skin that may disrupt sleep, self-esteem and daily routines. For parents and caregivers, back-to-school prep goes far beyond school supplies. It can involve revisiting treatment options with a doctor, setting treatment schedules, understanding and navigating triggers, and communicating with teachers about a child's unique needs. At Organon, we’re committed to providing treatment options to help children and their families manage AD at home, in the classroom, and beyond.

Things Dr. Greves, a board certified OB/GYN, wishes more women knew? Bone health is a part of women’s health and bone loss may start sooner than expected. If an OB/GYN is the only doctor you typically see regularly, they’ll be a key partner in helping protect bone health earlier by identifying risks, offering prevention tips, and referring to a specialist when needed. And here’s something especially important for women going through menopause: Menopause is a natural time to start conversations about bone health—especially osteoporosis. The hormonal changes during menopause can accelerate bone loss, making it a critical moment to assess your risk and take proactive steps. #Osteoporosis #WomensHealth

Osteoporosis is often referred to as a silent disease meaning that many people learn they have the condition only after a fracture occurs. At Organon, we’re committed to breaking the silence. With women at a higher risk of developing osteoporosis, we look to focus on critical elements: - Fracture prevention - Diagnosis before facture - Bringing additional and potentially more affordable treatment options to doctors and their patients #BoneHealth #OsteoporosisAwareness

July was a month of inspiring initiatives across Organon. From Vietnam to Spain, our teams are making meaningful strides to help advance women's health around the world. Check them out: 📍Organon Italia Our CEO Kevin Ali visited Rome to meet with healthcare professionals, advocates, and policymakers to discuss two key priorities: addressing the impact of #migraines—especially on women—and exploring demographic resilience as an opportunity for innovation and stronger communities. He also participated in the event “Declining Birth Rates and the Sustainability of the Welfare System,” which featured the participation of experts, clinicians, and institutional leaders. 📍Organon Northwest Europe welcomed 278 new colleagues following the acquisition of the MSD Biotech production site in Oss, Netherlands, furthering Organon’s long-established presence in the Netherlands. This plant manufactures drug substances for two of our #fertility products, ensuring the consistent production and supply of these medicines for patients on their family planning journey. 📍Organon Asia Pacific Organon Vietnam has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Long Châu to launch a nationwide initiative advancing women’s reproductive healthcare. This partnership combines Organon’s global expertise with Long Châu’s pharmacy network to enhance counselling quality, expand access to community-based care and education, and coordinate efforts to ensure regulatory compliance and program quality. 📍Organon ANZ announced that our post-partum hemorrhage treatment is now included on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG). #PPH 📍Organon Brasil The inclusion of one of our longer-acting contraceptive products in Brazil’s Unified Health System, available free of charge to women at Basic Health Units, represents an important advancement for public health in Brazil by expanding access to longer-acting contraceptive options. 📍Organon España launched with other companies, Carmen, an alliance that brings together companies, universities, and foundations to work together to help reduce the inequalities that affect women’s health. It also aims to raise awareness on the disparities in research, investment, habits, and healthcare that impact women. #OrganonAroundtheWorld 🌎 #HereforHerHealth

There are a variety of birth control options available, including shorter and longer-term options. For some women, long-acting reversible contraception (LARCs), which can be used for multiple years, may be the option that most aligns with their reproductive goals. As women consider the contraceptive that’s right for them, working with a healthcare professional is key to making informed decisions. Intended for US audiences only. #LARC #BirthControl #Contraception

We applaud 👏 the Gates Foundation’s bold $2.5 billion commitment to advancing women’s health research and innovation. At Organon, we share the belief that women’s health must be prioritized—by addressing conditions that uniquely affect women, affect them disproportionately, or impact them differently. For too long, conditions affecting women have been underfunded, misunderstood, and overlooked. This investment is a powerful step towards changing that narrative. We’re proud to be part of a growing movement that helps improve the health of women throughout their lives. #HerforHerHealth
“For too long, women have suffered from health conditions that are misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or ignored. We want this investment to spark a new era of women-centered innovation.” – Anita Zaidi, Gates Foundation President of Gender Equality Women have told us what they want and need to thrive, it’s time to act. We’re proud to be investing $2.5B in women’s health innovation to ensure women can lead longer, healthier lives. Learn more in STAT News: https://bit.ly/45ek9Jf

According to a survey by KFF in 2020, 50% of women ages 26-35 see an OB/GYN for check-ups or well-woman visits. From screening for osteoporosis to finding ways to manage and cope with stress, hear from board-certified OB/GYN Dr. Christine Greves on why these visits matter when it comes to supporting the whole health of a woman. #WomensHealth

Osteoporosis is often a silent disease because people may not know they have it until a fracture occurs. More than 200 million people live with osteoporosis worldwide, yet many are undiagnosed and untreated. Women are at higher risk of developing it, especially later in life due to menopause, which predisposes them to bone loss as estrogen levels decline. At Organon, we’re committed to addressing health conditions that impact women uniquely, disproportionately and differently. We’re building on our bone health legacy to expand access to affordable treatments as well as supporting earlier diagnosis and better care worldwide, particularly for osteoporosis which is often overlooked. #BoneHealth #OsteoporosisAwareness
