Yesterday, teams from Pennsylvania DEP were out in Millcreek plugging an old well that was leaking gas in a nearby neighborhood. The well didn’t have an owner and was considered unsafe, but now it's sealed up and no longer a danger to families nearby. The Shapiro Administration and PA DEP are working to clean up hundreds of old wells across PA. So keep an eye out, because more wells will be plugged soon in Erie County, and that means more safety, less pollution, and more jobs for the area. #CleanAir #SafeCommunities #WellPlugging
