Benito’s hospitality journey began in 1992 as an Overnight Banquet Houseman at the Sheraton Anaheim. With passion and perseverance, he rose through the ranks—serving as Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Director, Area General Manager, Director of Operations, and Vice President of Operations—before joining Remington in 2019 as General Manager of Hilton Costa Mesa. Benito’s story is a true testament to hard work, dedication, and the power of leadership. We’re excited to see the impact he will make in this new role overseeing operations in Latin America.
