We hosted Crump Life Insurance Services at our Saint Paul offices. It was an excellent visit with collaborative discussions that ended in our suite at Target Field, enjoying a Minnesota Twins game! We’re excited about the momentum we’ve created and look forward to the months ahead.

Earlier this summer, we spent an incredible three days celebrating the ABCs of our 2025 Annual Care Campaign! This year, we focused on Allyship, Belonging, and Community, three pillars that define who we are. ◆ Allyship kicked off with Paul Williams sharing powerful insights about building thriving communities, followed by our Employee Resource Group Fair where we celebrated the amazing work our ERGs do. ◆ Belonging featured the zAmya Theater Project's "A Challenge to Change" — a moving performance about homelessness in downtown St. Paul that sparked meaningful conversations and challenged us to see our community through new eyes. ◆ Finally, our Community celebration brought us together assembling hygiene kits for local organizations, exploring downtown St. Paul through a scavenger hunt, and planting beauty in our neighborhood by adding color to Kellogg Park. We care about others — it's one of our core values and truly part of who we are. Events like this remind us that when we show up authentically, support one another, and engage with our community, we create something special together.💚 Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this campaign such a meaningful experience. We had the pleasure of welcoming Securian Canada, Empyrean and Allied Solutions LLC to our offices for the first-ever Operations Summit. This event was a fantastic opportunity to learn from each other and explore key initiatives, including diving into what Artificial Intelligence (AI) means for operations and how it's being integrated into our work.
