Big shoutout to Kula and the incredible Boston & NYC HR and Talent Leaders we met on our mini East Coast tour. A true highlight of my short time at Talent IP (In Person) is captured in the first photo: Rolling out a 4th and then a 5th table to fit everyone in. No empty seats or ghost RSVPs. Just a little musical chairs 😂! (most events plan around a 30–40% no-show rate. NYC and Boston showed up!) 60+ TA & HR leaders 3 States (yes, I still get excited ticking states off my US map 🗺️) 2 Cities 1 weekend needed for recovery We have events coming up in Mountain View and Burlingame. Follow Talent IP (In Person) to join us.

We wrapped up our mini East Coast Roadshow in style 🍎 Last night’s NYC stop was packed with great conversations, new connections, and lots of product love. One guest summed it up perfectly: “The product really sells itself.” 💬 Big kudos to our Product team for continuing to ship features that help us stand out, and to Charlie Liang, Arjun Ohri, and Achuthanand Ravi for hosting. Special thanks to Glenn Lindley from Talent IP (In Person) for making this week a huge success!! #KulaOnTheRoad

. Boston is a wrap! Our first-ever Boston Talent IP event was a huge success! Incredible food and TA conversations at Mistral Restaurant, a quick dash to Harvard, and a Boston Red Sox stop… all capped off with a road trip to NYC with the Kula crew for Thursday night’s event at The Hunt and Fish Club. A massive thank you to our friends at Kula ATS for partnering with us, and to all the amazing TA pros who brought the energy, the laughs, and the insights that made the night unforgettable. 🙌 Boston, you set the bar high. On to New York, New York.

Could this be the "start of something new?" (That one was for all you HS Musical fans). Our first Talent IP meet-up in Walnut Creek was a great success. Although it was a more intimate group than usual, we plan for that to grow as we make the East Bay a regular hangout! Big thanks to Cecil Plummer and Fastr.ai for supporting the community! If you need an AI tool to surface the best inbound candidates and a sourcing tool that does more than just scrape the internet, then check out Fastr.ai!
