With increased rack densities, direct-to-chip liquid cooling has become essential to facilitating todays digital infrastructure. But most data centres weren’t designed for it. That’s where Tate’s liquid cooling manifolds come in. By regulating flow, pressure, and temperature, they ensure precise and even heat dissipation across all servers. Manufactured in-house, you get complete quality control: • Thoroughly validated: pressure-tested, weld-inspected, and flushed to cleanliness standards • Traceable: serial tracking from production to delivery • Certified: shipped with full documentation • Fast to install: pre-installed or retrofit-ready With global production and local support, Tate's liquid cooling manifolds allow you to scale your direct to chip transition globally. Retrofit your data centre with liquid cooling solutions from Tate. Get in touch with us today: https://lnkd.in/ewqQYPND #Tate #LiquidCooling #DataCentres

About us
Tate’s access floor and underfloor service distribution solution is one of the best strategies for achieving high performance, sustainable commercial and data center environments. In a commercial building such as an office, airport, library, classroom or lab, this strategy increases HVAC energy efficiency while improving indoor air quality and comfort. Cost-effective and flexible, access floors coupled with an array of aesthetic finishes offer lasting value that can adapt and evolve throughout the life of a new or retrofit building. In a data center, Tate’s raised floor and advanced airflow management solutions provide a flexible and adaptive platform to future proofs the data center. Our innovative products efficiently manage the airflow in the data center by eliminating by-pass air to maximize capacity and reduce costs. Tate offers products for any data center design from the fully economized enterprise, segmented collocation provider and hyperscale cloud facility. Our wide range of products include directional airflow panels, airflow controls, containment, structural ceilings, and custom infrastructure supply solutions all work together to maximize data center performance.

The rate at which data centre design is advancing is reshaping the industry landscape. AI, GPU clusters and accelerated workloads are evolving faster than traditional infrastructure can keep up. To meet the demand for AI data centres, operators are upgrading existing air-cooled environments with targeted liquid cooling solutions, allowing their racks to support the increased densities of advanced CPU and GPU architectures. At Tate, our retrofit ready liquid cooling manifolds make this a reality: • Pre-fabricated offsite, arriving assembled and pressure tested. • Integrates into our hot aisle containment systems. • They can run underfloor to accommodate raised access floors. With global production sites and local project support teams on hand, we ensure a smooth installation, minimising any downtime. You don’t need to pause and wait for the next build. You can act now with the infrastructure you already have. Retrofit your data centre with liquid cooling solutions from Tate. Featured in the RIBA Journal! "Data Centres: Designing for Change" – July/August 2025 I had the privilege of participating in an exclusive RIBA Journal roundtable held in May, where I joined leading voices from across the #architecture and #engineering world to tackle one of our industry’s most complex, fast evolving challenges: designing future ready #datacentres. The discussion ranged from #AI-driven cooling systems and retrofit dilemmas to sustainable material use and the ever tightening demands of power and planning. It was a chance to share and absorb deep insight from fellow architects, engineers, and innovators, all shaping how we respond to growth, regulation, and resilience in digital infrastructure. Grateful to the RIBA Journal and Tate for hosting this session and creating space for such forward-thinking conversations. Special thanks to collaborators like John Jervis, Aonghus O'Rourke Michael Baggs Orlando Baghaloo Nick Bishop Dylan Bussey Eva Diego ANGELA VICO CORREAS and others who contributed valuable perspectives. Read more in the July/August 2025 RIBA Journal issue. The pace is fast, the challenges real, but with the right people so are the solutions.
