Unity Partners is excited to announce that Romy O'Daniel has joined The Byng Group as an independent member on the Board of Directors.   Romy is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Elevated Industrial Solutions, a national distributor of industrial supplies, compressed air systems, and assembly tools, and possesses nearly 30 years of key experience in sales, operations, and strategy.   Romy brings a wealth of executive experience to the Board, having led high-performing teams at Crescent Electric, HD Supply, Grainger, and Frito-Lay. Continuing Unity’s Growth!   We’re thrilled to officially welcome Callie Blankenau (Heerwagen) as Unity Partners’ Team Lead of Business Development. Callie will lead all of the firm’s business development efforts, overseeing sourcing and origination while supporting both new platform investments and the growth of existing portfolio companies.   Callie has an impressive background as she joins Unity from The Stephens Group, where she focused on deal sourcing and origination for the company. Earlier in her career, she was an Investment Associate at ORIX Private Equity Solutions and Tribune Capital. Our team recently visited the Austin Street Center, a non-profit organization providing essential shelter, food, and clothing for homeless men and women in Dallas, for a meaningful day of helping their outstanding staff and volunteers.   Going beyond just meeting basic needs, Austin Street helps individuals regain their independence and find a permanent place to call home. During our visit, the Unity team helped organize and sort a variety of clothing donation items, prepared meals, and also had the opportunity to contribute to their hand-made candles, classic diffusers, room sprays and hand washes.   Days like this are a strong reminder of the massive impact that communities can play in uplifting those in need. We’re grateful for the entire team at the Austin Street Center for welcoming us and for their terrific work to help combat homelessness in the Dallas area.    #BuildingBetterTogether #Community #Dallas
