Our final panel session of Rebalance/Recharge before our workshops, and the perfect note to set us up for real-world decision making. Sustainability is one of the functional roles with the shortest history of tactics and playbooks — especially at the C-level. Sophie Graham, Chelsea M., and Matthew Bell shared their deep expertise and experience building tactics with concrete, positive results. #ClimateWeekNYC

It's critical for the climate that we get #AI right. That's going to require leaders across sectors taking action together — which is why this is such an important topic here at Rebalance/Recharge and at #ClimateWeekNYC generally. There's no one more equipped to guide the conversation than Suzanne DiBianca and Nat Bullard.

Rebalance/Recharge is underway at #ClimateWeekNYC. The first topic of the day is making the urgent business case for climate action. The struggle to articulate this has historically been a major blocker for corporate investment in sustainability. Joe Speicher, Jessica Hyman, and Shyla Raghav have been able to innovate in addressing this challenge, and the results show in the impact of their programs. Thanks to them for sharing what they've learned and accomplished and to Bee Hui Yeh for moderating this session.

Climate Week is about turning ideas into action. I’m excited to lead a session on the CSO Playbook — discussions around the concept of a practical guide for today’s sustainability leaders — as part of Patch and Pachama’s Climate Week NYC event, Rebalance/Recharge, designed exclusively for those leading the Sustainability function. Thrilled to join peers from Salesforce, Autodesk, Atlassian, Etsy, NVIDIA, McKinsey, TIME, and more. https://lnkd.in/eh5RJuAx

👀 To all my colleagues doing the tireless work of building urgent business cases for corporate climate action, integrating the language of finance into sustainability programs, and earnestly trying to wrap our heads around how to apply AI for good, I see you. 📢 Excited to share a launch that puts climate expertise to work at market scale. The Patch platform has centralized the VCM — more than 25k projects worldwide, including 100% of projects from ICROA-endorsed registries — and made it legible. We’ve collected and standardized the fields and documents that actually matter for diligence (methodologies and versions, issuance history, PDDs, risk assessments, monitoring reports, and more). This helps corporate buyers consolidate supply vendors, find value, and defend their programs — but sheer volume can become its own opacity. What matters is getting from 25k+ projects to the handful that truly fit your requirements, risk profile, impact goals, and budget. 🤖 Let's talk about AI though. AI has very intriguing capabilities here. AI breaks down information asymmetry by structuring messy, disparate data and surfacing practical signals so experts can spend more time on judgment: integrity, risk alignment, portfolio design, and the real-world tradeoffs that drive climate impact. Decisions stay human; AI makes them faster, clearer, and more defensible. More in our launch announcement with Rachel Landers — link in the comments and welcome your feedback!

Raise your hand if you've fallen victim to spending hours and hours sorting through disparate project data, antiquated websites that are hard to navigate, and a general feeling of opacity in the VCM 🙋♀️. The Patch platform now brings together more than 25,000 projects (and counting!) from around the world, including 100% of projects from ICROA-endorsed registries. We also... ✅ Standardized registry attributes such as methodology names/versions, project types, locations, issuance history, permanence, and more. ✅ Collated the (many!) core project documents: PDDs, methodologies, monitoring reports, risk assessments, making diligence easier from the right source of truth. 🤖 This is where AI comes in! AI helps turn unstructured documents into structured fields at scale, draft consistent overviews, and surface the signals that matter so experts can focus on high‑judgment work. The goal is simple: getting from 25k+ projects to the 5–10 that fit a company's sustainability strategy and budget. Proud to share the full story with my climate idol Bee Hui Yeh — link is in the comments. ✨
