Is it alignment or agreement? Does your team agree with everything you say? That is not trust my friends. That might be survival. As a leader you are always #training people in how to talk to you. *Do you reward candor or run from it? *Do you ask for input and override it because your way is better? *Do you say I have an open door policy and want feedback from you on how I am doing as a leader (and then defend yourself)? All of these things tell your team the psychological safety here has conditions.
