The good part of this project was the Mrs. Malvika Rai, who was the Chairperson of the institute was an amazing lady and she understood education so well and was a great listener. Her unconditional…

Her unconditional support to me really helped in forging a new direction to IILM. Within a short span of time a new team was put in place and all system & processes were redefined. Quality control became the hallmark of IILM, Had a great time in turning this project around and it was an experience I will not forget.
